Ms. Rachael Dubois earned her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in speech communication, English and psychology from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.  She earned her Bachelor of Science from Lamar University in speech communication. Ms. Dubois’ thesis work involved research into reflective thinking as a tool to improve and facilitate organizational change. Her teaching areas have included: public speaking, business and professional speaking, organizational communication, corporate training and development, voice and diction, and interviewing. She has been teaching speech courses for 20 plus years. She has previously taught at Delmar College, Northern Virginia Community College, and was the coordinator and instrumental in the opening of NOVA Community College-Reston.

Ms. Dubois is requested often to speak in the community on public speaking and organizational change.
