Mr. Warren has been teaching at Lamar University since 2003. Prior to accepting this position, he spent worked more than 25 years as a human resource manager.  Mr. Warren's greatest passion is charity work and community service. He has worked and volunteered in numerous local organizations such as the Christus Hospital – St. Elizabeth Gala, Beaumont Community Players, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Anayat House, the Treasure House and The Gift of Life Program.

On the Lamar University campus he has actively supported scholarship endowments, KVLU, Friends of the Arts, and the Cardinal Club. He also chaired the scholarship fundraiser LU-llaby of Broadway for two years. Mr. Warren proudly received the Ben and Julie Rogers Community Service Award from LU in 2008.
