Our bachelor's degree in communication with an emphasis in corporate communication includes exciting courses in desktop publishing, human resources interviewing, advertising, public relations and a number of electives you'll be able to choose from to compliment your course schedule. You'll learn valuable skills used for working with others and how to best navigate social and corporate situations.

Communication skills are consistently rated among the top skills your future employers look for and this program can help you refine your skillset. It will also prepare you for an exciting career!

The opportunities for communication internships as upperclassmen and special studies on specific projects allow corporate communication majors to add breadth to their undergraduate experience. Participation in student and professional clubs and organizations, such as Professional Communication Association, Press Club of Southeast Texas and Ad Federation, is strongly encouraged.
